The Naval Surface Warfare Center Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD) Strategic and Computing Systems Department (A Department) has a follow-on requirement for technical analysis and engineering support for mission assurance, defense and commercial critical infrastructure, and their cyber and physical dependencies.
