Scope

The vendor shall provide all labor, materials, supervision, and delivery of purified helium gas in accordance with the attached specification. This will be a firm fixed price subcontract and is to be awarded in accordance with Paragraph II entitled "Evaluation Factors for Award" of the Instructions to Offerors and Evaluation Process.
