A solicitation will NOT be posted to https://www.sam.gov due to the sole source nature of this requirement. ITEM DESCRIPTION- Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC), Crane Division, has a requirement and intends to award an Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for the procurement of Neutron, Linear Accelerator (LINAC), and Combined Environment Testing Services in support of the Radiation Combined Environment Test Capability (RCETC) and military hardware survivability validation programs.
